OUR PROCESS

  • Phone call or site visit. We talk through what you want, the condition of the space, and rough feasibility. No charge, and you receive an honest read on whether the project is realistic before spending a dollar.

  • You receive a written scope of work and estimate. What’s included is listed, and what’s excluded is listed too, so there’s no guessing later. This document becomes the baseline everything else is measured against.

  • You sign a contract with a clear payment schedule, permit plan, and a start window. Everything you’re paying, when, and when work begins is settled before anyone picks up a tool.

  • Ian is on site leading the work, not a rotating crew without oversight. You receive weekly status updates, so you always know where the project stands without having to ask.

  • We walk the punch list together, item by item, so nothing gets missed.

  • We stand behind our work and remain available after the job is complete. If something comes up down the road, you call and we answer.
